一、結構特點及用途
膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)式(shi)微(wei)孔曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)主要由曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)底座(zuo)、上螺(luo)旋壓(ya)(ya)蓋、空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)流板、合成橡(xiang)膠(jiao)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)等(deng)組成,合成橡(xiang)膠(jiao)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)上開有2100—2500個按一定規(gui)則排列的(de)開閉(bi)式(shi)孔眼(yan),充氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)道,空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)流板均(jun)勻進(jin)入橡(xiang)膠(jiao)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)之(zhi)間,在(zai)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力作用(yong)下(xia),使(shi)(shi)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)微(wei)微(wei)鼓起,孔眼(yan)張開,達到布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)擴散的(de)目(mu)的(de)。停止(zhi)供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,由于膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)和空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)流板之(zhi)間壓(ya)(ya)力漸(jian)漸(jian)下(xia)降(jiang),使(shi)(shi)孔眼(yan)逐漸(jian)閉(bi)合,當壓(ya)(ya)力全(quan)部消失后,由于水(shui)壓(ya)(ya)作用(yong)和膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)本(ben)身的(de)回彈作用(yong),將(jiang)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)壓(ya)(ya)實于空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)流板上,鑒于上述(shu)構造(zao)以(yi)及(ji)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)本(ben)身的(de)良好(hao)彈性(xing),曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)池(chi)中(zhong)的(de)混合液(ye)不可能倒灌(guan),因此,不會(hui)沾污孔眼(yan)。另一方面,當孔眼(yan)開啟(qi)時,由于橡(xiang)膠(jiao)的(de)彈性(xing)作用(yong),空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)所含的(de)少(shao)量塵埃,也不會(hui)造(zao)成曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)的(de)孔隙堵塞。
該曝氣(qi)器(qi)具有耐腐蝕、布(bu)氣(qi)均勻、微孔可變不堵塞、氧利用率和動力效率高等(deng)特點(dian)。應用于(yu)市政及工(gong)業廢水中(zhong)(zhong)曝氣(qi)及生化處(chu)理工(gong)程中(zhong)(zhong)。

三、布置、安裝
1、曝氣(qi)器均勻布置(zhi)于曝氣(qi)池底,其表面距池底約200-300mm,間距按設計要求均勻布置(zhi)。
2、進氣管(guan)的設(she)(she)置(zhi)應(ying)考慮壓力(li)平衡,每組支管(guan)應(ying)設(she)(she)置(zhi)閥門,便于調(diao)(diao)節空(kong)氣量,并(bing)在支管(guan)末端設(she)(she)置(zhi)氣壓排水管(guan),以排除因安裝調(diao)(diao)試或(huo)停機時流入管(guan)內(nei)的積(ji)水。
