膜片式可張微孔曝氣器
一、結構特點及用途
膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)式微孔(kong)(kong)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)器主要由(you)(you)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)底座、上螺旋壓(ya)(ya)蓋、空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)均流板(ban)、合成(cheng)橡膠(jiao)膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)等(deng)組成(cheng),合成(cheng)橡膠(jiao)膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)上開(kai)有2100—2500個(ge)按一定規則排(pai)列的開(kai)閉式孔(kong)(kong)眼,充氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)通過布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管道,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)均流板(ban)均勻進入橡膠(jiao)膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)之(zhi)間,在空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia),使膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)微微鼓起(qi),孔(kong)(kong)眼張(zhang)開(kai),達到布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)擴散的目的。停止供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時,由(you)(you)于膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)和空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)均流板(ban)之(zhi)間壓(ya)(ya)力漸漸下(xia)降,使孔(kong)(kong)眼逐漸閉合,當壓(ya)(ya)力全部消失后(hou),由(you)(you)于水壓(ya)(ya)作(zuo)用(yong)和膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)本身(shen)(shen)的回彈(dan)作(zuo)用(yong),將(jiang)膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)壓(ya)(ya)實于空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)均流板(ban)上,鑒于上述(shu)構造以(yi)及膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)本身(shen)(shen)的良好(hao)彈(dan)性(xing),曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)池中(zhong)的混合液不可能倒灌,因此,不會沾(zhan)污孔(kong)(kong)眼。另一方面,當孔(kong)(kong)眼開(kai)啟時,由(you)(you)于橡膠(jiao)的彈(dan)性(xing)作(zuo)用(yong),空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)所含的少量塵埃,也不會造成(cheng)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)器的孔(kong)(kong)隙堵塞(sai)。
該曝(pu)氣器具有耐腐蝕(shi)、布氣均(jun)勻、微孔可變不堵塞、氧利用率和動力效(xiao)率高等特點。應用于市政及工業(ye)廢水(shui)中曝(pu)氣及生化處理(li)工程中。

三、布置、安裝
1、曝(pu)氣器均(jun)勻布置于曝(pu)氣池(chi)(chi)底(di),其表(biao)面(mian)距池(chi)(chi)底(di)約200-300mm,間(jian)距按設(she)計(ji)要(yao)求(qiu)均(jun)勻布置。
2、進氣管(guan)(guan)的(de)設置(zhi)應考(kao)慮壓力平衡,每組支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)應設置(zhi)閥(fa)門,便于調節空氣量,并(bing)在支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)末端設置(zhi)氣壓排(pai)水(shui)管(guan)(guan),以排(pai)除因安裝(zhuang)調試或停機時流(liu)入管(guan)(guan)內的(de)積水(shui)。
