一、結構特點及用途
膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)式微孔(kong)(kong)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)器主要由曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)底座、上(shang)螺旋壓(ya)(ya)蓋、空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流(liu)(liu)板、合(he)(he)成橡(xiang)(xiang)膠膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)等組(zu)成,合(he)(he)成橡(xiang)(xiang)膠膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)上(shang)開有2100—2500個按一(yi)定規(gui)則排列(lie)的(de)開閉式孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan),充氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi),空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)通過(guo)布(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管道(dao),空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流(liu)(liu)板均(jun)(jun)勻(yun)進入橡(xiang)(xiang)膠膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)之(zhi)間(jian),在空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力作用下(xia),使(shi)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)微微鼓起,孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)張開,達到(dao)布(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)擴(kuo)散(san)的(de)目的(de)。停止供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi),由于(yu)(yu)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)和空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流(liu)(liu)板之(zhi)間(jian)壓(ya)(ya)力漸漸下(xia)降(jiang),使(shi)孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)逐漸閉合(he)(he),當壓(ya)(ya)力全部消失后,由于(yu)(yu)水(shui)壓(ya)(ya)作用和膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)本(ben)(ben)身的(de)回彈作用,將膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)壓(ya)(ya)實于(yu)(yu)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流(liu)(liu)板上(shang),鑒于(yu)(yu)上(shang)述構造以及膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)本(ben)(ben)身的(de)良(liang)好彈性,曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)池中的(de)混合(he)(he)液不可能倒灌,因此,不會(hui)(hui)沾污孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)。另一(yi)方面,當孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)開啟時(shi),由于(yu)(yu)橡(xiang)(xiang)膠的(de)彈性作用,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中所含的(de)少量塵埃(ai),也不會(hui)(hui)造成曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)器的(de)孔(kong)(kong)隙(xi)堵塞。
該曝氣(qi)器具有(you)耐(nai)腐蝕、布氣(qi)均(jun)勻(yun)、微(wei)孔可變(bian)不堵塞、氧利用率和動力效(xiao)率高等(deng)特點。應用于市政及工業廢水中曝氣(qi)及生(sheng)化處理工程中。

三、布置、安裝
1、曝氣器均(jun)勻(yun)布置于曝氣池底,其表(biao)面(mian)距(ju)池底約200-300mm,間(jian)距(ju)按(an)設計要求均(jun)勻(yun)布置。
2、進氣管(guan)(guan)的設(she)置(zhi)應考(kao)慮壓力平衡,每組支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)應設(she)置(zhi)閥門,便于調(diao)節空(kong)氣量,并在支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)末端設(she)置(zhi)氣壓排水管(guan)(guan),以排除因安裝調(diao)試或停機(ji)時流入管(guan)(guan)內的積水。
